Bandori Song Ranking List

These are my personal thoughts don't flame me. Updated sporadically.

MyGO!!!!!

Silhouette Dance(影色舞): Utter banger, somewhere within my top 10 overall franchise songs.

Shiori (栞): The anime ending. Utterly beautiful acoustic song.

Mayoi Uta (迷星叫): Their debut song that I didn't listen to for a year. Hasn't gotten old despite being said first song.

Haruhikage (春日影): WHY DO YOU LIKE HARUHIKAGE SO MUCH? Is what Soyo would say. Always appreciate a song in 3/4 time.

Hitoshizuku (壱雫空): The anime opening. A little more standard "Bandori sound" due to that. Solid song and gets across their rock sound well.

Sasurai (砂寸奏): Really cool sounding with the pauses in some of the early verse lines.

Utaimashou Narashimashou (歌いましょう鳴らしましょう): Created by a different set of people than usual, feels a little harder rock to me than others maybe due to the guitars going more?

Namonaki (名無声): I really like the drum rolls in this one.

Kokyuu (処救生): Another good song that's in the middle of the ranking.

Hekitenbansou (碧天伴走): Also solid, not too much to say.

Refrain (輪符雨): Same as above, good song.

Melody (迷路日々): Not as much "substance" in the melody (ha) as other songs without any spoken words.

Utakotoba (詩超絆): I think the feelings of this one from the anime scene override it being half spoken.

Kaisou (回層浮): Wow she's screaming.

Senzai Hyoumei (潜在表明): Not only a lot of speaking, but it's so quiet it's unintelligible most of the time. The actual melody parts are good though.

Otoichie (音一会): Spoken parts and I can't recall the melody line.

Tanebi (焚音打): Too much speaking for my liking, even for a MyGO song.

Noroshi (無路矢): This song gets one point for creativity, but the high pitch and mismatching overlap of the backing vocals hurt my ears so much that it's completely unlistenable to me. I think I got halfway through when originally going through the band's songs before having to turn it off.

Afterglow

Pastel✽Palettes

Mou Ichido Luminous: I think this one is the most representative song of Aya and Pasupare as a whole.

Wakuwaku meets Trip: Fun, does make you feel like you're going on a journey somewhere.

Yura-Yura Ring-Dong-Dance: Straight-up duets are kind of rare in the franchise (outside of RAS basically pulling dual vocalists), and this one is pleasing.

Zettai Sengen ~Recital~: Usually I don't rate season-specific songs too high, but this is generic enough for a Halloween song.

Shuwarin☆Drea~min: A true idol song where screaming out the calls is more fun than singing along.

Yume Yume Gradation: When this song was released a lot of people misread it as "graduation" and panicked.

Radiate Warriors: A little more 'hardcore' going than typical Pasupare songs, a refreshing departure from the norm for this one song.

Akogare across: I just like this one for some reason. Good listening.

Kyu~mai✽flower: Catchy and fluffy.

ReReRe Evolutions☆: Another newer (as of 2024) song that's in the same "sounds good" bunch.

Hana Hibana: Pasupare doesn't do too many chill/relaxing songs. What a song to leave as what was their potential final one with Amita too at the time...

Dramatic! Alive: Another harder-paced song that's enjoyable and reminds me of a super sentai theme or something.

Brand new Pastel Road!: Pretty standard but not bad at all, could've easily been an early song for them.

TITLE IDOL: For a band story song it didn't stand out too much.

Everyday flower: It's fine? Didn't stand out.

Pasupa Revolutions☆: Doesn't hit as hard as their lead song. I sometimes forget how old this one is too until I remember Reo sung it once.

Power of LOVE!!!: Another song that's just fine and doesn't stand out as good or bad.

Run'♪tteitei~!: See above.

Hanamaru◎Andante: Not bad but suffers from being plain and the B-side to Zettai Sengen Recital.

SURVIVOR Never Give Up!: Fight fight fight-o gets stuck in my head.

Tenka Toitsu A to Z☆: Oh my gods I can taste the chart.

Toridori*Palettes: Not offensively bad, but boring for being a newer song.

Attsu Atsu Tokonatsu Love☆Summer!: Another seasonal that's this low because it's also a little too hyper.

Hare Hare☆Fortune: Wedding songs aren't really my favorite theming, and the song doesn't stand out in other ways.

GyuuDAYS♪: What is it with character songs for Pasupare being relatively meh?

Pappare☆Jinsei! Banbanzai!: Another song with a repetitive part that's more of an annoying earworm.

Winking☆Cheer: A seasonal so it only fits during the season it was made for. The repeated "winking, winking" gets on my nerves.

Wonderful Sweet!: It's funny that Hina is my third favorite character but "her" two songs are the ones I like the least from her group.

Wonderland Girl: Something about this song just annoys me more than the above one.
